3. Registration Fee
A registration fee is required to become a service provider on Kaam On Time. This fee is non-refundable and serves as a processing and administrative fee.
4. Role of the Company
Kaam On Time acts solely as a marketplace and connects buyers with service providers through the platform. The company facilitates this connection. The company is not responsible for delivering your services or mediating disputes beyond the platform’s communication tools.
5. Pricing & Commission
Service providers must adhere to the price and commission structure determined by the company. All services, promotions, and operations must follow any SOPs or policies set by the company from time to time. Failure to comply with pricing, policies, or SOPs may result in suspension or termination of your account and imposition of fines or penalties as decided by the company.
6. Penalty Clause
If a service provider violates any SOPs, policies, or engages in prohibited activities, the company reserves the right to impose monetary fines, recover losses caused to the company or buyers, and take any other corrective action deemed necessary.
7. Termination
The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your registration for violation of these terms, policies, SOPs, or engagement in activities harmful to buyers or the platform.
8. Acknowledgment
By registering on Kaam On Time, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood these terms, you will comply with all rules, policies, and procedures of the company, you accept full responsibility for your actions, services, and any consequences arising from your work, and you agree to be liable for any fines, penalties, or corrective measures imposed due to non-compliance.
